Keystone started in 1983 when four independent insurance agencies teamed up to pool their experience and expertise. Growing to almost 300 independent agency partners, Keystone provides its agents with a community of like-minded agencies, industry expertise, and access to specialized products for their clients. Keystone Insurers Group is always working to stay ahead in the insurance industry, finding new and innovative ways to serve their agency partners, core carriers and employees - and to expand their market share.
Keystone was providing their agency partners with three separate third-party portals for access to documents, reports, news, and marketing materials. These solutions were difficult to maintain and suffered from reliability problems, lack of integration, and functional gaps.
Keystone’s agencies needed Learning Management tools, context-aware online help, and the ability to collaborate online with other agencies, peers and professionals for sharing ideas, challenges and opportunities. The legacy platforms were limited in their ability to bring Keystone’s agencies together.
To fully realize their vision, Keystone needed a solution that could support an integrated suite of agency management tools, access to more consulting services and additional premium content and services.
Services needed to be controlled by a flexible security model with single sign-on and subscription management. By replacing all three existing portals with a single integrated solution, Keystone could streamline its service delivery and position themselves to grow market share and engage with their partners in entirely new ways.
